🔒 SessionGuard collects absolutely no user data. Everything stays on your device.
Nothing. SessionGuard does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data whatsoever.
SessionGuard works entirely within your browser. When you enable it on a site, it fires harmless browser activity events (mouse movement, keyboard events, focus signals) every 4 minutes to prevent the site's idle timer from logging you out.
Your list of enabled sites is saved using Chrome's built-in local storage API — it never leaves your device and is never sent to any server.
SessionGuard has no backend server. It makes zero network requests. There are no analytics, no crash reporting, no usage tracking, and no third-party services of any kind.
We do not collect:
— Your browsing history or the sites you visit
— Your login credentials or passwords
— Any page content from the sites you use
— Your IP address or location
— Any personally identifiable information
If we ever change this policy, we will update the date above. Since we collect no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
